Apparently not?? I mean like any dealer, if the mods installed actually caused the problem, I'm SOL

but the mods are just something for a dealer to point to and try to fuck you over on.

2011 BMW 335IS  [9.66]
why get the 335IS in 6mt if you want to mod and change the exhaust? Is it because of the N54? It would be much cheaper to get a regular 335I and mod that.

I got a ridiculously good lease on the car and I don't like buying used. Especially a bmw.

You can still buy a brand new N54, but only in the 335is. Otherwise you're stuck with used or N55 engines
