request: how to make windows pinch down when doors open, and close up when close?
I noticed that after I cleared/reset a module that whenever I close my door down it leaves an air gap for wind to go in while driving.
I believe this is because originally on the e92 and other vehicles that the windows go down a little bit as the doors open, and close automatically when closed. Is there a module/setting to re-enable this? Thanks |

Blank .MAN files have been discussed lots here and it is the wrong way.
Try to use expert mode instead of your custom profile, and then go to your module, read it and code it using expert mode. See if that works. |

Grant is correct. I had the same problem with my NFRM/FRM3 module. Using the blank .MAN file is definitely not good. You want to restore the default values, so using the Expertprofile to do this is the best way. When I did it, the window trouble went away.

This thread title should be changed to: "SOLID PROOF WHY NO ONE SHOULD USE .MAN FILES" and be stickied so other people (like the polish dude that kept getting banned) cannot continue saying it is fine.
Glad you got it fixed man. |
