You can buy it from VAC. There's also a pump somewhere like 30 miles out, not sure exactly where though.

Right however it using a 70/30 blend with 93 gasoline will yield the same power results due to the small increase in Octane. Probably bumps to 96/97 but the real advantage is its cooling abilities allowing higher boost like race gas.
Same results. Different roads.

I'm gonna say this nicely. You're a lazy hobo..... I Google'd Sunoco Race Gas finder, there's gas stations that sell 100 octane within 25 miles of Phili

Yes Sunoco sells from 100 to 116. Here's their fuel comparison chart: http://www.racegas.com/fuel/compare

Another option is VP Race Gas -- Go to their website & use the "Dealer Locator" options. I can't provide you the link because it's blocked on my work computer (they hate fun )

260 GT = Standard, Unleaded + Undyed 100 Octane

And here's the VP Racing Fuel Locator: http://www.vpracingfuels.com/vp-racing-dealers.html
**Only Official VP Racing Fuel Retailer is in DE

Tri-State People are prob limited to Sunoco & Torco Race Gas

No, 260GT is your mainstream 100 octane, unleaded fuel + has no coloration. This is the most common "race gas" sold (the mainstream part), and I don't know about near you but when I buy this it's sold from a separate, isolated pump at a normal Sunoco gas station (you don't have to buy a drum of it or anything).

Some of the other Racing Fuels have lead content, others have a coloration. For example:
  • 260 GT Plus is 104 octane, has no lead content & has a Light Blue color
  • "Standard" race gas is 110 octane, has lead content & has a Purple coloration

There's nothing wrong with lead content, but it's gonna kill your catalytic converters & our non-racing fuel injectors. SO for your street car, stick to the 260 GT 100 octane, non-leaded race gas.

Bruces in levittown Pa has 100 octane cam2 from the pump. LRA motorsports in Bristol/Levittown has all kinds of VP race gas.

Straight 100 octane, NOT a good idea. 100 octane will detonate real weird since the car isn't set up for higher performance parameters, if you at least had a tune in there you'd be okay since the car would adjust & recalibrate itself for the higher octane.

If you're gonna stay stock just stick to 93

^^Yes

If you plan on using Race Gas & have either set of Catalytic Converters still installed, YOU MUST USE UNLEADED GAS
