I have a stock setup with sport package. I'm looking for a non-aggressive drop for a clean look also should I consider spacers all around?

Eibach Pro Kit springs will provide the most conservative "drop" for your car and they should pair okay with your shocks -- although considering the age of your car your shocks probably have a lot of miles on them, in which case if you are paying to install springs, you might as well replace the shocks at the same time, that way everything is new. Hit up BMW for new zsp shocks or look into Koni FSD's.

Be extremely careful when modifying this car. BMW spent years/decades designing the suspension. Many folks on this forum install parts for cosmetic reasons only to have problems down the road. The first thing that I would do is become familiar with the OEM options. Then I would talk to folks that know these cars to find out what their recommendation is. Still...measure three times and cut once. It is not simple to change BMW suspension successfully without spending a nice chunk of $$$$. My 2c...
