Bonus Items: Two (2) Goodyear Asymmetric F1 225/40R18 front tires; Four (4) Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D tires, 225/45R17, mounted on four (4) BMW style 159 rims.
42,620 miles: heat/air condition blower replaced; microfilter housing (upper section) replaced; front disk rotors and pads replaced.
42,763 miles: Mechatronics sleeve, oil pan gasket, and drain plug replaced; 40 point inspection.
In the ~13 months/~6,000 miles I've owned this car, no major servicing was required. The following minor repairs were made:
43,000 miles: I gouged a small hole in the leading edge of the passenger side skirt while parking. I decided to replace the entire panel, as it was only slightly more expensive than repairing the existing panel.
48,699 miles: replaced right hood latch assembly, covered under CPO warranty.
You can view the actual service reports for all of the above listed items here. I've also provided a CarFax report here.

Miscellaneous
The car has been detailed three times in the last ~13 months.
The last exterior detail was in late June, 2012 (the photos were taken the same day).
In between detailings, I hand washed the car myself every 2-3 weeks in the warm months. In the cold months, the car was hand washed by a local detailing shop.
I have a ton of premium car cleaning products, which you are welcome to have if you'd like. I also have a MetroVac Vac 'n Blow available for purchase too.
Test Drive, Inspection, and Sale Terms
I'm happy to meet in person for a test drive, up to 1.5 hours drive from Boston (for serious buyers only).
A deposit of $1,000 is required to hold the car during the inspection and sale period. The deposit is applicable towards the sale price of the car.
You are welcome to have the car inspected at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston (this is the only BMW dealer easily accessible to me). You are responsible for the cost of the inspection.
Preferred method of payment is EFT/ACH transfer or bank check. (PayPal is OK for the deposit, although the deposit is $1,029 if paying via PayPal).
Please note that there is bank lien on the title. Upon receipt of deposit, I will make an immediate and full payment on the car in order to release the lien and clear the title.
