Will these 20's rub?

I am on the verge of buying a set of 20's and the wife has given me the greenlight, so just want to do a final check to make sure they aren't too big. Sizes are as follows:

20x9 et35 front with 235/30/20
20x10.5 et 35 rear with 265/30/20
I have been considering a 255 rear tyre but think it might be too stretched.

Car is LCI E90 with standard MSport suspension set up and standard arches/fenders.

Thanks in advance, Andy.

You'll need to roll the rears.

Fronts will be fine, rears are going to be a tight squeeze on the e90-LCI. You'll definitely need a good fender roll.

I was worried this would be the case. Don't get me wrong I don't mind get the rear arches/fenders rolled I just need to find somebody trustworthy to do it, don't want some muppet to fcuk up my car. So this as kind of put me on a back foot.

When you say "a good fender roll" do you think I would get away with just having them rolled rather than flared as I don't really want to change the original shape of the arch/fender.
