Car is waiting for a Ship

I just called the BMW 1-800 number and was told my car was at the port of exit waiting for a Ship

. I ordered the car on 21 July 07. It made it through ordering and production pretty quick.

Does anyone know what the typical wait time is from the time it is waiting for a ship to the time it arrives at the dealer? I am in San Diego but I know the Ship drops it off in Port Hueneme. I am guessing around 4 to 6 weeks

. I can't wait and it has only been a little over a week.

I was on the isolde, which left on 6/29, and arrived at port hueneme on 7/24. Picked it up this last Sat!! It won't be too much longer!
