Spark Plugs DIY
Do I need to reset adaptations if I change my own spark plugs? If so, can I do this without a BT scan tool?

To my understanding the only thing that gets reset is the service notification.

What about in the case of replacing the spark plugs earlier on well before the service info indicates? Going to change mine since they are 7 years old and suspect that they are causing my engine to ping - still shows 35k km remaining. Does it automatically reset or do I still need to reset the service info for that?
