E92 Carbon fiber Hamann lip fell off on NJ turnpike...

So this is a good one. Im home from work friday afternoon around 5:20PM and i feel my car run over something hard i look back and couldnt really make out what it was but it looked long and black (dirty minds do not apply) So i get home to find that my lip is no longer attached to my bumper I did plan on getting rid of it sooner or later but not that fast So... heres the good part anyone with a E92 Coupe with an Mtech bumper want a Hamann rep Lip for their car FREE. you can drive down the NJ turnpike South Coming from I-80 East. and Taking Turnpike South Before you get to 16W Rutherford Ticket tolls. It might still be there on the side of the road. i did see it spin off toward the side if no one else ran it over or picked it up. i dont think it broke its pretty tough. by the way i was on the left lane all the way down so look on the left side of the white line. good luck

Heres a map. Happy hunting!

At least it was a rep. My arkym lip got loose on me going +100 on the freeway and my heart went cold as soon as I felt the noise. I pictured it all destroyed but when I checked t was just scrapping the bottom which I managed to save the lip after All and put like 15 screws. So I know how you feel

they need to be zip tied along with screws nuts and bolts so it never moves. im going with the Arkym replica next. im not spending 800 to 1000 bucks to lose a lip. replica is the way to go just incase.

isn't the akrym rep right around $500? i was thinking about it too but am not interested in it for that, especially since the only rep i've seen is from **********s and they show fitment by supporting the lip with cardboard boxes underneath it... no joke, check it out.

you need screws, nuts and bolts, zip ties and double sided tape to be sure that sucker never falls off. trust me my next one will be on there secure.
