Recieved Procede today but harness was missing serial port??

So i finally recieved my Procede today NEW from Vishnu. After an hour of feeling like an idiot and contacting Vishnu, i realized that the serial port was not incorporated into the harness. I contacted Vishnu again and spoke with Garrett. He was very helpful and is going to send me a replacement as soon as they can; they are even paying return shipping. Now, im not upset at all especially for their prompt response and actions towards this but has this happened to anybody here before? I will take pics once i pull it out when the new harness arrives. Still stand behind Vishnu Tuning behind their customer support so thank you.

Anyone else EVER experience this??

I thought the new ones had USB? That was missing?

Didn't think about that. This could be a big possibility. I did not give them hell because at the end of the day, everyone makes mistakes and they are replacing it and paying all the extra fees so no problemo.

nope. lol believe me i looked. Box is red/black so thats another way i confirmed it was the 2.5 SE. Just waiting on my cable now

I had a defective unit, had to pay shipping to them and now have a rev3 harness with rev2.5 unit...good company and all but gotta double check their products before shipping.
