tooo bad it wasnt Dan that started the thread....

before i sent this wheel back, i had it inspected by 3 wheel and tire shops and one wheel repair shop.... that all told me the wheel was crooked....

we took the tire off the wheel, and the rim was spinning and wobbling... i know, because i saw it with my own 2 eyes... now this whole thing about my wheel not being balanced right.... is BS, thats just a way for iForged to cover their asses... i sent out my wheels 2 weeks ago... iForged covered the shipping, which was perfect, so since it took me a month of arguing with them about my wheel, they finally agreed to look at at... so they gave me their ups account #, and told me to ship it back.... i brought my wheel to UPS, packed it up and shipped it, i was not told which service to use, so naturally i chose next day service..... i live in montreal, i waited 9 weeks to get these wheels from the beginning, and now i was gonna have to wait again... we only have 4 months to drive on 19's then the winter tires have to come back on... anyway, they get the wheel on monday, a week goes by and they supposedly have not inspected it yet.... my balls they havent checked it yet... with a problem like this, they would have checked it the minute it got in.... so now 2 weeks later... and all it was was a rebalancing... hard to believe... now yesterday i get a message from dan telling me that iforged did not authorize the shipping of my wheel back to them, and they want me to pay for the shipping back.... if they didnt authorize the shipping, why did i have their UPS account #???... and why did they accept the shipping upon arrival??? i told them i am not paying my shipping nd i want my wheel back...

anyway, this is just a briefing... if i do not recieve a tracking number by the beginning of next week, i will not hesitate for one second to start a thread with my whole story in it....

Sorry to here that, I'd be right now like I'm sure you are. I thought the issue was handled.
It's so hard to find good customer service anymore.
