Looking for Central Florida Coder

Looking to get some coding done so I can run my angel eyes as daytime running lamps and only have the turn signals come on when I use my blinker. I live in the Melbourne area but I travel as south as stuart, as north as titusville and as east as Orlando for work.

Contact junior he goes by xxxjecxxx, he does the coding here in Orlando, hes really good, he coded the turn signals off my car.
