31 MPG - Woo!
Nothing to see here, just a bit of [unneeded] celebration. I just returned from a trip to TN, which was about 900 miles round trip. For the entire trip I averaged 31 MPG! I was extremely happy with that number.
07 335i coupe. Used Cruise Control for 90% of the driving (needless to say, it was not a very exciting drive )

Dash was reset at the beginning of the trip and read 30.9 at the end. Actual was calculated during each fill-up and ranged anywhere from high 29 to mid 31.
Depending on the speed limit at any given time, my cruise control was usually set to 67 mph or 77mph.

Yup, completely stock. I don't have any plans to modify the car until CPO is up and I put a few more miles on the vehicle. I plan to keep it for a long time and I haven't really had any issues to date, so I don't want to jinx anything (not saying modifications will cause problems but I am not ready to take that chance).
Usually I average 26-27 mpg commuting to work, which is about 80% highway. Wow - some of you guys get some great MPG, even with modifications. Quote:
