I'm considering it but does it come with everything for installation? Also when they say max gain of 21hp does that mean at stock without any upgrade to the ecu?

It comes with everything you need to install and includes the original charge pipe, silicone couplers, and t-bolt clamps. 21hp is with a tune, although I recall reviews where up to 10hp gains are claimed for stock.

It's been on the car for about 15k km, so in pretty good shape. Prefer local currently but willing to ship if no bites.

Easy DIY since no bumper removal and shroud trimming is needed for install, but it should be a little over $100 at RMP.
