2006 330xi Coding question for rear blinkers
I now have rear blackline lights with LED blinkers and get an error on my dash until I actually use them and it goes away.
The code list excel file says that the following is in the FRM module to turn on and off the warm and cold bulb test for the rear blinkers. Bulb Testing Warning FRM (NFRM) KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI Bulb Testing Warning FRM (NFRM) WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_HI However they are not there but I have something similar below. I took a guess and changed the first two to "nicht_activ" and left the second two alone. KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_H_L nicht_aktiv KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_H_R nicht_aktiv KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_V_L aktiv KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BLK_V_R aktiv Can you guys chime in and tell me if what I did is correct to turn off the warm and cold bulb test for the rear blinkers? And what is BLK_V_L and BLK_V_R for? Thanks in advance! |

Thanks for the quick reply. I made the updates and no longer get an error on the dash.
Out of curiosity, are the BLK_V_L and BLK_V_R the front turn signals bulb checks? |
