Sorry to hear about that, Here’s a better number to reach them. 1-877-812-1223 Funny thing is that your problem is a very common one. Seems that people have a horrible signal only in their own house. It's not just with Sprint same for all other comp's. (I use to work for AT&T then Cingular) You may just need to up date the phone's software. Good luck!
