ABS and DSC Engine Errors Lights

Hi guys,

Just got these error lights on my car. The codes are:

5DF0 - ECU-internal. RAM address test error
5DF1 - ECU-Internal. RAM address test error

And I have used the search function already to find some info. I just want to know if everyone else got the same codes. Since mine says ECU-Internal. RAM address test error and not pump failure or something along those lines.

Could it be my DME failing again? The car is running fine other than the stabilitiy control issue.

How should I approach the issue - replace the sensors for braking first then the pump etc or just go ahead and replace the pump.

Any help would be appreciated ... this car is costing me a fortune. The DME had to be replaced last year. lol.

Drove my car today and now the lights have gone off ... So I am hoping it was just a dirty sensor.

Washed down my wheel well today ... Going to wait to see if the error lights come back on.

Does anyone know where the sensors are located and should I just go ahead and replace them?
