Need some advice from knowledgeable people on this forum

Over the weekend I went over to a friends house to install my performance spoiler and it looked great when it was on the car. I used some painter tape to hold it in place, giving the 3m tape to bond with the car. I took off the painter tape today and while inspecting it i noticed one side is not very secure.

So my question is what is the best process to take off the spoiler without damaging anything, Thanks for any response.
