E92 Coding gone wrong?
I recently installed a Dension Gateway 500 into my car. (BMW 320i Coupe 2008, non LCI)
We got an USB-ODB2 adapter, an emulator for the head and a vm running DIS and one for Progman. First of all we needed to update the E89 SP-files of progman (We used v45). It declared those v32 too old . The car wanted to program several devices before we can code the CDC/iPod and so it did. Then we got a DSC error. We went in again and marked all yellow devices to recode it. Then the wipers started to swing left and right and several new errors and lamps occoured in the cars display. Now we do not know how to fix it =(. Is there any chance to do that with Progman. Maybe I need to use NSCExpert (Never used that one). Thank you in advance for help. |

the kcan bus operates at 100k and the ptcan bus operates at 500k. I know when I have mistakenly connected to the kcan with the wrong speed, the wipers wents nuts and lights everywhere.
Perhaps your cable, software, adapter is incorrect? |
