E92 Setup question

Will the following specifications fit on an E92 without rubbing. I would appreciate any help someone can give me on this. If it would rub, what steps to stop the rubbing, fender rolling, negative camber? Thanks again.

FRONT 19" x 8.5" stud pattern 5 x 120 offset et35 235/35/19

REAR 19" x 10" stud pattern 5 x 120 offset et45 265/30/19

You will not rub with that setup. I would advise you to use a more aggressive offset in the rear. At least et40 in the back.

id go with a 10-12 mm spacer on the rear wheels, then it will look great and you wont get any rubbing....
