West Chester dealerships

Hey guys,

I recently moved to Downingtown and I was wondering which dealership you guys use. It looks like the closest ones are Otto's and Devon Hill. Any preferences or experiences with either one?

I haven't used Devon in a very long time, but back in the early 2000's they were pretty good.

I normally take mine to BMW of the Main Line in Bala Cynwyd

We bought our shop 328i from Dimitri at Devon Hill. He was a first class guy, and did us a solid deal. I recommend him without reservation.

I take my car to Desimone or Princeton BMW even though I live less than 5 miles from BMW of Main Line. I've never had one positive experience there. I've heard Otto's is good.

Same here, I drive all the way to Thompson BMW in doylestown.

i drove all the way from Harford Co MD to buy a car from them.

I purchased my cpo from Otto's last year. I only needed service once,so far. The service department is great-first class!

Thompson BMW said they would pick-up our 335i (in Malvern) and drop a loaner for any type of service or maintenance. I also use a local shop in Phoenixville for the routine stuff (Possum Hollow Motorsports).
