335i 2007. Rear Door panel gap

I have never replaced any component in the door. Car is still under warranty. Tint was install 3 years ago... I've just notice it now..... I tried pushing down...but it will not stay down. I tried pushing and inward.....but it is not clipping to anything.. How would I remedy this? Thanks Attached Images
