Thank you for your questions and interest in the car.
I've put Multiple Security Deposits (MSD), totaling $2250, in order to effectively lower the monthly payment. The MSD will be returned at the end of the lease to the person holding the lease. I'm not expecting to make any money and, in fact, expect to lose the down payment I made and fees I paid at the start of the lease (~$3K). I'm not offering any additional incentives other than the already low monthly lease price resulting from my down payment and Multiple Security Deposits. I'm asking for the $2250 up front, the amount I put in as the MSD, because at the end of the lease BMW FS will give you back $2250.

The best deal on a 335is Convertible out there
Morning bump
My new car is built and awaiting shipment so I'm eager to move on and not look back. I've changed the terms of the Lease Takeover. I'm surrendering my Security Deposit. (I'm no longer asking for the $2250 up front. You get to keep it all.) That means at the end of the lease, BMW Financial Services will return to YOU the Security Deposit of $2250.00 . Another way to look at it is to spread out the $2250 over the remaining payments. Spread out over the remaining 28 payments, the new effective monthly lease payment is $600 plus tax. I think the original terms were already very good. Now with no money down and YOU get $2250 at lease end, you will not find a better deal out there on any 2012 335is Convertible!
