Red face Procede 5-23 E85 Map Help Please!!!

Hey Guys was wondering if those with experience in adjusting user values in the procede interface could help me out.

Mods are as followed: Procede Rev2.5, UR Catless DPs, ER CHarge Pipe,
Injen DCI, Spearco IC, Forged DVs, Remus Exhaust

I am using 50/50-E85/93, and running Stage 3 6MT, Map 1, 5-23 E85

I have Boost Control Gain raised to 50% from 45% because my wastegate compensation was stuck at 5 and i read somehwere that Shiv told someone to do that.

I have the Open loop set at 90% from 75% because the CAN fuel trims were maxing out at 34%, and now they are between 0-15%.

These are the only 2 values i changed, but my max boost still is only at 15-16psi tapering down to 12psi sometimes 10psi at WOT. Can someone tell me how to raise the boost or any other setting to optimize power. I have read where Shiv has told other to raise their boost to 17psi even 18 psi. But i cant seem to find where to do that on the interface.

Also can someone explain how to upload ur logs on this site, because i dont know how to post them in a thread as others do...Thank you

you have to rename the log from .csv to .txt and attach it. you can also open it with procede logger, take a print, upload the picture on photobucket and add it as image.
Concerning boost cant help you.

1. On procede software click "Data Logging" on the top tool bar then select "view Datalog" and choose your log.

2. Once it pulls up on your screen take a screen shot and put it into paint.

3. Then create a photobucket account and upload the picture.

4. Finally create a thread including the IMG link provided by photobucket.

Start boost % is what controls your boost. Yours is at 30%. The way this value is determined is from 2 preset boost curves. The first is the 0% boost curve, the second is the 100% boost curve. If you put your start values at either of these 2 values, you will follow those curves. Any percent in between will add that percent of the difference between the 2 curves and add it to the 0% curve. For instance, if at x rpm 0% boost curve hits 15 psi, while the 100% boost curve hits 18 psi, if your setting is at 30%, then you will hit 15.9 psi (18-15=3*30%=0.9+15psi=15.9psi).

Those boost curves can be seen when you have the Procede reader open and are different depending on what stage map you run.
This is from another thread, it really helped me understand the interface, this will solve your problem

Right now I have overboost set to 18 and my boost gain set to 80%, and I'm hitting around 17.5psi

Also, if wg compensation is pinned at +5, you want to increase boost control gain, not decrease it

Maybe try a higher % and re-log. Perhaps 45% and then 55%.

Looks good from what I know. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in on the AFR with the 50/50 mix.

from the e85 maps "read me" file

*When first testing these E85 maps, it is a good idea to monitor AFR and/or Fuel trims. These maps run considerably less rich than the standard gasoline version of these maps. Expect to see an AFR target of ~14.5:1 up to 4500rpm, gradually enriching to ~12.5:1 by 7000rpm. When running an E85 blend, this relatively enleanment is worth 10-15whp at higher engine speeds*
