Court Tomorrow for Tints/No front plate

Hey guys, I have court tomorrow at 2PM for tints and a no front plate. I have a receipt for taking off the tints and I also have since put the front plate back on. If I go into court with the receipt and a picture of my car with the front plate on, can the charges be dropped?

For the plate You usually need to go to precinct and have an officer sign a statement saying the plate is on to make it official. A picture is just a picture.

Could have done that with the ticket and just mailed it in not guilty without going to court. Like a fixit ticket in a sense.

Tint is no longer a fix it ticket. And if it is, you still need an officer to sign off on it.

In New Jersey you have a chance with them reducing it or dismissing it because you see a prosecutor. In New York you can bring the physical car in the court room with no tints and a plate mounted the judge will still fine you and add a surcharge for coming to court. NY DMV is just revenue.

In New Jersey I have convinced prosecutors to dismissing speeding tickets and wreckless driving tickets a few times. Not that im proud just was younger and dumber.
