JB4 question..BMW computer cannot communicate?

After installing the JB4 on my 07 335xi, it seems as if the BMW diagnostic computer cannot communicate with the car. Do I need to change the map that the JB4 is on to allow BMW to communicate with my vehicle? I am starting to hear the dreaded wastegate rattle, and the car is still under warranty..just want to be sure BMW can communicate with the vehicle before I bring it in. Thanks!

This should be in the n54 section. The answer to your question is to remove the jb4 just to be safe.

To communicate -> Map 0

To be sure your BMW service doesn't deny warrenty -> uninstall!!! (Clear codes before and praise they don't find shadow codes...)
