Morning.

My left Sub is potentially up the spout with an intermittent popping noise.

I can't seem to repeat the noise on the same song more than once or twice so I've been vaugely thinking that perhaps something has dropped through the grill and is bouncing around hence makes a noise under different conditions depending on where it is - need to check. This is probably a stupid thought though right?

Anyway, if it is knackered, will I have any luck getting it replaced under my extended warranty?

If it is covered would it be stupid to think that I could do a deal with the dealer to put the cost of the new sub and instillation towards a set of L7 subs? My guess is that the insurance company behind the scheme would make this unlikely.
