Sat Nav night mode

I have an e92 2007 with pro nav. I've been trying to find a night mode but can't find it. Looked for an options menu but nothing. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If I remember correctly there is no "night mode" only screen brightness adjustment.

Automatic night-mode only on F series cars.

I don't think the OP is looking for "auto mode", just a way to select "night mode" which on my 2007 135i didn't exist. I could only dim the screen.

It looks like it only came in with later models & then only as a manual option, although it's easy to set up on one of the shortcut buttons which makes it a switched on/off toggle

My LCI CIC has night-mode but it isn't automatic. Courtesy car from BMW (New 5-series) Had automatic night-mode. Hope that helps!

But yes, this is a CIC only feature. Sad looking grey maps for you I'm afraid.
