I've had it for over one year. I purchased it pre-owned with approximately 29k miles. It has been a fantastic vehicle, but I want to sell so I can assume a lease and use the remaining funds for business.

Price dropped to $44,950.

Non-CPO. CPO's with similar miles are on the market at $48k and above. At this price one could purchase extended warranty and still get a great deal.

If it doesnt have those, would I be able to purchase them from a dealer?

It still has the factory 4yr/50k mile warranty and maintenance. Both can be extended to 6yr/100k through any BMW dealer, although every dealer will offer it at a different price. I will have to check the exact in-service date to confirm when the 4yrs are up (I believe it is sometime in 2014), but it will likely hit 50k miles before that occurs. Extending the warranty and maintenance would allow for 4+ years and 60k miles of worry-free driving.
