Remove Speaker Cover

Anyone tell me how I could pop out the cover off this Speaker without doing damage?

They are usually plastic welded frm the back. They were on my old 5 series which had similar grilles. Means taking door card off, breaking the weld and then they would need glued back in.

Yep,door card off and then 4 nuts on the back.
