Who has a Trim puller kit?!
Hey everyone,
I am new to the forums and I need three posts so I can PM ppl. So don't hurt me too bad. I was wondering if anyone has a trim puller kit that I could use or rent for a day? I want to do my first mod which is the rear fog-light button! If you have a trim puller loaner, let me know! |

Freight harbor tools, it's like $10 for a kit of plastic trim removal tools.

Awesome thanks! I just did the fog light mod all I used was a flat head and some fabric lol. I'll keep Freight harbour in mind for the trim mod later. Thanks again!

So how difficult was it to do that mod? I've watched the video, but the guy doing it obviously knew what he was doing. I'd like to try it, but don't want to mess anything up.

Ditto. It took all of 15 minutes. I used a small Snap-on flat head but the bmw flat head works just as well. For the trim: imagine you were disarming a bomb. LOl. Start from the right side of the trim and slowly pry it. The trim is not as delicate as it seems and the vent should come out with it.
