Bmw Loaners Requirements?

What does the bmw loaners require when you take your car in for service?

Do you have to be over 21, 25?

And does the Car/insurance have to be in your name?

- you bought the car from them (although, still subject to availability)
- you're in for "non-express" service
- valid credit card

25 for bmw loaner and 21 for rental i believe.

what if my brother brought the car in for service. he's over 25, would he be able to get the bmw loaner even though the car is registered in another name?

Maybe call a dealership instead of getting 6 different answers here??? "I believe" and "should be fine" are not really very good answers.
