think your down payment price is probably scaring away potentials...
followed by location, possibly... she's a very nice looking car though... |

Okay, how bout $1,000 down? My cap cost is about $9k below MSRP. The clear bra installation is part of the deal, so really the down payment is covering that portion, then I'm not asking for much down payment

there's no difference between the '12 and '13, doesn't matter in the slightest which one you get... not for the 335is... |

Yes n I know there's no difference but since its a previous model and new models are out value depreciates by a lot if I were to go to a dealer an buy a 12 is I would get a great deal just won't get the color combo I'm lookin for but still would be a great deal since they want to get rid of it cuz they been paying taxes and fees to keep it on their lot for more than a year already not to mention if I do that I'll get a brand new car with less than 10 miles on it so anytime u sell a car once u buy it from dealer you are always going to lose some money

No, the assumption process is done directly through BMWFS, no dealership involvement at all. I have to make the lease assumable myself by contacting BMWFS and then the rest of the process is a simple streamlined, no hassel affair between you and them. Takes about one full business week to accomplish. If you are seriously interested, call me at five, zero, two, nine, three zero, one, seven, six four.
