I bet not only it won't change her behavior a single bit - most likely she was hit multiple time before,- but it will also promote such by others once they see her coming out as a winner (=$$ settlement) in the end.

Driver is suspended but both have agreed not to press charges. He uppercut get after she spit on him and she did not want to pay her bus fare, which was the reason the whole altercation came about.

That sucks. The busdriver has to deal with stupid people all day, gets hounded by that psycho stupid bitch, and after she threw the first blow, he defended himself (with style) and now he gets suspended. The video plainly shows to me that he had every reason to throw that uppercut. Bitch can take a punch, that's for sure, but she deserved that and more.
No respect for her elders, or for the person responsible for her and everyone else in the bus at the time.
It's a damn shame that that busdriver got suspended. That stupid bitch should have been arrested.
