I told them I'll replace the coil and will buy it from them but they said the tech already installed it. $202.50 for something I could have done.

A $1000 to put on downpipes is crazy. How did they get to that amount? It is a 3-5hr job from ones I have put on and posts on here. Using a lift it should be 3hrs or less.

Yep, Quality Import on Beal. I have an extended warranty but it's on the engine and transmission and didn't cover JACK.

I never seen this code until the dealer replaced the clamps on the turbo-to-dp. Do you think it possible that the tech put the o2 sensors in the wrong pipes or should I try to keep deleting the code and hope it doesn't come back? I'm going back to the dealership on my lunch break.

Can you do any of this yourself to avoid having to pay the dealer again? I don't mind paying someone, and generally trust a dealer, but the second you have modifications it gives them a free pass to bend you over. I would roll the car up on rhino ramps. You can get these at autozone, napa, wherever. Remove the bottom tray and start looking at your o2 sensors. You don't need to remove the pipes to do this. Put your hand up there and physically feel the sensor. See if it is all ripped up, damaged, etc. Same thing with the rear ones. Then go look at your rear sensors and make sure the same colored wire is in the same pipe as you follow it back up towards the engine. You want to eliminate an O2 sensor issue.

Side note, it would be tough to break your clamps. The only way I could see that happening is by overtightening them (that's probably tough to do given the *******.

I've installed downpipes before a few time. Simple fact, they screwed up, they're going to fix it free of charge.

Updates on this? I'm throwing the same codes. I know for a fact that the sensors are installed in the right spots.

im having the same issue. fuel pump is a side affect of running stage 2 and just ignore it. the other codes matter. they may not be in backwards but it takes very little to break them. say the tech had oil on his glove/fingers and touched the o2 sensor...boom broken. its that simple.

my tuner told me it means they are in backwards but doesnt matter because the dps are catless anyways so the o2s will read same anywayif upstream/downstream sets are switched. Made sense to me especially since the car runs/drives perfectly and logs are perfect
