Clutch judder

Hi all, I've owned my 58 plate 320d m sport manual just tuned 40k for about 3 months ow and since ive had it I've had a little clutch judder on a few occasions, nothing serious but the past week has been getting a little more common,it's still liveable at the moment but just wanted to know is there anything I can do to help it? I've read of a software update? How much would this be from a dealers,I hope I don't have to fork out for a new clutch I hear there's an updated part also? Again anyone have an idea on the cost of this?
Thanks all
