Ok, did some searching, couldn't find anything concrete on E92 CF interior trim

I couldn't find any recent BavDom news on the E92 trim, there was a member named Rosar or something to that effect that was promising E92 trim that seems to have dropped off the face of the earth, and I couldn't seem to find anything more recent than 2006 for JLevi e92 trim. There was one thread where he said E90 and E92 kits are the same (non-iDrive)..is this true?

Are there any currently available CF trim kits, that we can buy, right....now?

edit: besides the overpriced in-house BMW kit.

Haven't seen anything but vapor ware and folks that want $700 for a kit that will be completed and "ready to Sell" in about 4-6 months. I would freaking love the Silver Carbon trim for my e92... Just haven't found anyone making it.

Ooh. This piques my curiosity...I would definitely buy the trim (would go well with the coral).

Carlab in-house

Sonic MS (formerly known as Carlab) in Santa Clara, CA has a fantastic in-house service where they will take any of your OEM parts and wrap them in carbon fiber. The fit and finish is fantastic as it's a carbon fiber overlay. Great weave, great resin and polish work. Cost is dependent on number of pieces and size of pieces.

My friends have had their E46 M3s, B7 A4s, and various late model MBZs interior trim, armrests, steering wheel, and center console trim pieces wrapped in black and silver carbon fiber so I can vouch for them. The only con is that they have to send it back to Indonesia to get it done by their connections there. I believe it only takes a few weeks at most.

However, if you're looking for a direct replacement, this is not it.

Is that for the E92?

If that is taken from the M3, what do you do with the 3 buttons that only the M3 has? (POWER, EDC, DSC OFF)
