Does anyone in Portland have a BT tool with the software installed on their computer? I have the BT tool but my car won't connect. I want to rule out the computer I am using.

Can I use MY own BT tool with your computer to see if it is an issue with my computer?

I don't have the software, but if you want help you can drop by with your laptop. More than likely it's just a port setting. I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with 25 years under my belt. Just shoot me a PM if you have time this weekend. I'll be around tomorrow afternoon.
