Bleeding Brake Fluid

I'm about to change my brake fluid soon and I need to buy a power bleeder, does anyone have a preference between the Motive Power bleeder and a suction type pneumatic bleeder? Also should I get the fluid from BMW or does the auto part store brand work alright? Thanks.

Use DOT4 fluid and a partner to pump the brakes.

I like my motive, its nice for a one person job. If you have easy access to bribe someone into pumping the brakes for you, then that way is just as quick imo.
