where to get alignment
Hey guys,
I bought a 09 335 Xdive without the sports suspension in July. The car needed an alignment when I bought it. The dealership covered it and had BMW do the alignment because they were not capable of doing it. Two months later I bought four new tires and the car is now starting to pull to the right. Now my question is, do I have to take the car to BMW for the alignment or can I take it to a local tire shop? BMW charges $200 where a local shop here says they'll do it for $70. Any input is helpful. |

Thanks for the reply. After reading that I'll probably call all the BMW shops and see whose the cheapest. When I got the tires put on the guy tried to charge me for an alignment when I told him initially not to do anything besides put the tires on and balance them. Hopefully the didn't screw anything up. I have noticed that my tires have gotten a lot louder over 4k miles... But thanks for the reply it's not worth the savings to go to local shop.
