My black lines hell

Hey all. Inner portion of black lines. Am I missing something...I got the sides on the edge pushed on but the inner portion, closest to the license aren't secure. They just pop up. Driving me crazy. Do they clip on anything? There is only the one screw so not sure what I could be missing
