Check your tire pressures ...
Had the car for two weeks and been getting more spirited (but always within the speed limit ) with the driving as she gets close to break in mileage. Started feeling a steering vibration at higher speed cornering and guess what ... 29 psi in all my tires. Supposed to be around 39 front and 45 back for full load sport package.
Run flats look just the same. I think if they were empty, they would still look fine! Anyway, would suggest new owners check the tire pressure and reset TPM to be safe. |

Yes, if you don't, the tire pressure light may come b/c the fronts are 9 psi less than when the system was (presumably) initialized.

You're best to check your owner's manual or the driver's side door decal. Pressure varies depending on the tire size, profile and planned car load. The 39/45 I state are for a fully loaded 335i with SP. I like to error on the higher side given the small distance between that expensive wheel and the many Toronto pot holes! I had 29 on all four tires which is rather odd. Don't want to jump to conclusions but perhaps someone skipped a step during PDI.
I'll be checking weekly for next while to make sure there are no leaks. |

I find that 36 in the front and 40 in the back give you great handling, and the tires do not wear out as fast. I have 20,000 miles on my RFT and they do not appear to have any problem (yet). 2006 E-90
