Odd Suspension Problem Not Level.
Hi,
I own a E90 320D Pre-LCI. I previously had on OEM 17' on non-run flat tires. I recently swapped over to 19 OEM M3 wheels on F: 235/35/19 R: 265/30/19 I notice the gap between the tire and the arch on the rear left hand side is bigger then the rear right hand side. I now that the surface plays a big part; however, no matter which surface I go on I always find the rear left hand side is sitting higher then the right. The front part of the car is fine. I am thinking the rear right shock may be going bad, or an arm may be damaged somewhere. I don't think anything is wrong with the tires or rims, i just think I noticed it more now because I have on bigger wheels. Any thoughts? |

If the difference is small, it may be because it's meant to be like that. I believe BMW design the ride height to look level when the driver is in his/her seat. So try looking at your car with someone in the driver seat and see if it looks OK.
Hmm just thought...do you drive on the left or the right in Barbados? My theory might be wrong!
