What is your experience with this mount's stick-to-it-ive-ness? Maybe a testimonial video is in order ?

When I'm driving locally, I charge the GPS the night before and don't use the powercord. But make no mistake about it, the powercord is not pretty when it's connected to the GPS. No easy solution to hide it yet

Rob, you are correct that in heavy braking or cornering, the device might become a projectile, but for an average driver such as myself, it serves its purpose.

From which ebay-er or Ebay store did you get that from - I searched, and there are a couple.

I just got the cupholder mount from ebay for my nuvi 200 and it is awesome!!! Ill try to post pics some time next week (out of town).

My only question to the OP is did you put the foam strips on the base of the holder? I had originally put both on and I found it too difficult to take the unit in and out of the cupholder.

Might want to try dissapearing the power cord thru the center channel speaker panel. the panel pops out pretty easy and then you could run the cord under the dash to power. there are posts on how to get the radio/climate contol out to access behind there

1.) Bluetooth (car has it.)
2.) Picture Viewer (WTF? While driving? Come on.)
3.) MP3 player (iPod, Zune. Any car not a radio anymore??)
4.) Audio book player (Again, other, better solutions out there.)

So the Nuvi 350 is as low as I go and still have the Voice direction feature. But I could really do without all that other crap in there. What I could really use is multi-point optimized routing in the Nuvi form factor.
You will like all those extra features when you use it in a RENTAL car.

I just bougth a 650 for the same reason. Paid 430$ online. The 650 is just like the 660, only no BT and no FM transmitter. I have no need for either of those things since the car has BT and a line in (fm transmitters are lame IMO)
