Steering wheel is still available. Yes you need sport airbag and airbag harness which costs $22.
If you need sport airbag I can get it for you too.

yes, it can be used on preLCI. you need to slightly modify paddles.

This wheel is not heated. As far as I know M3 and Mtech wheels were never heated.
