Been having a bit of play with Photoshop CS3
I quite like the middle one even if its a bit Maxpower (minus the scantily clad babes)

each one took less than 5 mins

No additions or movement. Just using PS to do the job of a ND (neutral density) and tobacco Grad filter.

Typically adding a tad of lighting effects
plus some cloning & the frames

Makes a change from the straight pix.

Like the first two, but the last looks a bit overexposed following the PS work.

yep I agree that was a mistake I could soon add the texture back in..if I could be bothered of course.

except HDR function requires multiple RAW images from a tripod fixed (tripod) position.

I used multiple conversation of the same image and then cut away the bits I didn't want so a sort of manual HDR

I will try some more over the bank holiday using a tripod and multiple shots.
I used my 1Ds2 .... but now the 1Dsmk3 has been announced I had best get saving. I did pre-order at a good price) a 1D3 but sold it straight away on Ebay for a tidy profit, so I don't need to save too much more
