Seat Squeak
The next annoying rattle, creak, squeak noise I have coming from the car is now from the drivers seat.
The last week or so I've noticed its started to squeak when going over bumps and especially at low speed. I can make it squeak when its stationary by just putting my left foot on the foot rest and pushing back into the seat. Its getting really annoying now and even the kids have been asking what the noise is as its so noticable. Ok, I'm not the lightest of people (about 16 1/2 stone) which aint going to help but the car hasnt even done 5000 miles. Fooking useless build quality (again). You would not belive how many annoyng noises I've had - and still have coming from my 6 month old 330d. Hardly ever had any problems with my old 330d. I've tried spraying WD40 around the left mechanism where the noise is coming from but its made no difference. Anyone know any cures for a squeaky seat that I could try? I dont really want to take it back again to the dealer for yet another "rattle, creak, squeak" problem. Cheers. Andy |

Shiat, I remember this in my last car. Used to come from the Passenger seat. Proper loud BRUV!!! Sometimes it just wouldn't stop even if the car was stationary. So I slapped her and after that she didnt make any noise. And then shortly after she broke up with me and the police came round. Had to go court and everything. Proper got jail time and everything BRUV!!.
Was not a good year for me, but to be fair the grub was alright. |
