cmon guys... i know there is somebody that has money for this. The car is just sitting in my driveway ready for new owner. I take it around the block once a week just to keep everything fresh. Other than that, it just sits.

Mike have you tried craigslist? I had the same experience with bimmerforums when selling my e36, plenty of tire kickers.
