Question Any tip on getting turn signal bulbs out? Trying to install py24 led bulbs

I turned the wheel all the way in . Opened the panel in the wheel well, found the holder, turned it counter clockwise and tried to pull out. No luck.

Just pull harder. But with a careful and steady force. If you yank it, you're liable to break the tiny metal contact prongs. Just grab the tab in the center and wiggle it a bit up and down, side to side, while pulling out. If you haven't even taken the bulb out before, the rubber o-ring that seals the holder can stick a bit.
