Water Pump Help! Best Price?

Well my water pump just went out. My car at sitting in the dealer. Their price for the water pump is $625. Not including labor of course.

I saw some online for around 400 to 450.

Whenever i Googled, i Find this product by GMB. Why is this so cheap? I

That pump quoted and pictured is not an N54 electric water pump. That pump is a belt-driven pump for an E46. N52/N54 pumps are $400+; it's just a fact.

If you're okay about buying a used one, I found two here:

www.car-part.com

One was in the $300 range...

The picture of the GMB one looks like the inside of a water pump. I don't really have much/any experience with the BMW one though....

I just bought one for my N52 engine for $380 from oembimmerparts.com. It's all OEM and it came with the new aluminum bolts. I know the N54 pump is a little more expensive, but cheaper than $600 with free shipping.
